Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technological priorities
- Perform competitive analysis and benchmark against industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections
- Monitor regulatory trends and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
