- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of future-of-work and industry 4.0 trends
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
