Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams on pilot implementations
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
