Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, secure, and ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and quantum computing applications.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers in exploring novel computing paradigms, including brain-computer interfaces and edge AI.
- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract future trends (2026+ roadmaps) into actionable technical roadmaps and product requirements.
- Ethical Oversight: Implement robust governance models to ensure AI safety, transparency, and fairness in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to align technical vision with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A focus on AI Ethics or Quantum Physics is highly desirable.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical strategy in AI or distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale environments.
