Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology foresight insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
