- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: Web3, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on technological disruption
