Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-10 year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy implications and regulatory frameworks
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in emerging technology analysis or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies required
