Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Analyze global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Oversee the creation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology adoption guidelines
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or Web3)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
