- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop forward-looking capabilities
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Design and oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies in real-world environments
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue from conceptualization to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with strategic focus
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PMP) or relevant technical domains preferred
