Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting tech adoption curves and market disruptions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 breakthrough innovations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and neurotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or major conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
