- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment strategies
- Lead annual innovation summits to foster external collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech forecasting
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
