Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints exploring emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, Web3.0) for commercial applications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching market-disrupting tech products/services
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies

- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
