Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biotech interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Partner with policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Design human-centric technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a specialized future technology incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams (US, EU, APAC)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
