- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with corporate vision
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and innovation plans to board members and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
