- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect cross-industry innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future workforce evolution
- Direct pilot programs for quantum computing applications in logistics optimization
- Author annual 'Future State' reports read by heads of state and VCs
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising governments on technology policy frameworks
