Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market shifts

- Create predictive market models using proprietary data analytics tools
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for R&D teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Expertise in data visualization and predictive modeling (Python/R preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
