- Manage a $2M innovation incubation fund for experimental projects
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
