Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ landscape impacts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Establish corporate foresight frameworks and scenario planning methodologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry partnerships
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models
- Manage innovation portfolio with emphasis on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-centered design
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
