- Produce high-impact trend briefs and future-state scenario reports for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier insights

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
