Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster disruptive thinking and ideation
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, technological, and market shifts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership
- Monitor emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
