- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Deliver compelling vision presentations to investors and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track impact through advanced analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling transformative technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, Web3)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
