Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for clients in Fortune 500 companies across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Author thought leadership reports that influence industry discourse and investment decisions
- Design and launch pilot programs for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Assessment, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D with demonstrable impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical)
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
