Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities and competitive landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future scenarios
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex scenarios
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and system thinking
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate rapid change
