Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech), and sociocultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide executive decision-making and long-term capital allocation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and cultivate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors for continuous intelligence gathering
- Create compelling scenario-planning models to prepare the organization for potential futures and systemic risks
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership, internal workshops, and future-focused talent development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive stakeholder influence
- Published thought leadership or demonstrated impact in futurism/innovation ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience building and managing innovation pipelines from ideation to implementation
