Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Architect scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and climate-driven uncertainties
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Design and facilitate cross-industry workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and innovation practitioners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and climate-change impact models
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization for complex scenarios
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
