Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive 2026 technology impact reports across 5+ verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI governance and ethical deployment frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-of-work scenarios and workforce evolution
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed future studies (2020-2025)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year innovation implementations
- Strong network with academic futurism communities (e.g., World Future Society)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for trend communication
