- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and data science teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' white papers published at Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Advolve C-suite on strategic pivots using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Curate global futurist network partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell Two, STEEPLE)
- Track record of scaling exponential technologies (e.g., led blockchain/AI initiatives)
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (Weak Signal Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Foresight Professional (CFP) or equivalent preferred
