Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive R&D investments in emerging tech verticals
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating emerging tech into commercial applications
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred)
