Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into client business models
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists to cultivate next-gen talent
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
