Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Advise executive leadership on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or strategic innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
