Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026+
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Advise on ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of future-ready solutions across product development and customer experience
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi method, and trend impact analysis
