Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-10 year vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism
- Proven experience with emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
