Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neurotech integration
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop sustainability frameworks for smart city ecosystems using IoT and blockchain
- Collaborate with global research institutions on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Translate emerging tech trends (Web4.0, synthetic biology, quantum computing) into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristic Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or similar tech innovation bodies
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or Neural Interface Systems (Neuralink)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or similar journals
