Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary technology roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across the organization
- Mentor R&D teams in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two futuristic domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to inspire diverse audiences
