- Process and verify incoming applications, official documents, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to the public via telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in compliance with strict data protection regulations (GDPR).
- Assist in the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and the implementation of local government policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on administrative metrics, compliance status, and service delivery metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management software.
