Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records for various city departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist senior staff with meeting preparation, document formatting, and correspondence.
- Sort, route, and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Support community outreach initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
