Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper records of city documents.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing the office calendar.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
