- Answering multi-line phone systems and responding to citizen inquiries professionally.
- Processing incoming mail, applications, and public documents.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate filing systems.
- Assisting department heads with correspondence and meeting preparations.
- Ensuring compliance with city policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this entry-level position, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior government or professional work experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office.
