Responsibilities
- Oversee Compliance: Monitor and enforce state and federal regulations to ensure agency operations adhere to legal standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental inquiries and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all government transactions and personnel files.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement new workflows to enhance service delivery and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in government operations, public administration, or a relevant administrative role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with government ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
