Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records and document retention systems
- Process payroll and expense reports with weekly accuracy
- Coordinate public meetings and community events
- Handle FOIA requests and public inquiries professionally
- Maintain compliance with municipal regulations and policies
- Support grant application processes and reporting
- Train new staff on administrative protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years government administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems
- Valid Florida driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
- Strong knowledge of public records laws
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
- Notary public certification preferred
