Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and citizens in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process and verify incoming documents, applications, and forms accurately.
- Answer inquiries regarding state programs, permits, and regulations.
- Maintain and update confidential records and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with other government departments and agencies.
- Assist in organizing community outreach events and programs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with government procedures and public service standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License preferred.
