Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents in an efficient and timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining digital and physical records of city projects and citizen interactions.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls to direct inquiries or provide general information.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports, filing documents, and organizing office supplies.
- Verify information on forms and applications to ensure compliance with city regulations.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace to support a productive team environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread data for errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
