Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential municipal records with 99% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to Houston residents via phone/in-person
- Coordinate departmental scheduling and meeting logistics
- Prepare official correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Support compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train new staff on departmental protocols
Qualifications
