Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential public records with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage digital document systems using county-specific platforms
- Assist constituents with public service inquiries in-person/via phone
- Prepare detailed reports for county board meetings
- Ensure compliance with California Public Records Act requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in government sector
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry systems
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Spanish bilingual certification required
- Notary public certification preferred
