Responsibilities
- Manage public records requests and document retention protocols
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and executive scheduling
- Prepare official reports, agendas, and meeting minutes for city council
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract compliance
- Implement records management systems in accordance with municipal regulations
- Provide constituent support and public inquiry resolution
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and records management software
- Knowledge of Colorado Revised Statutes and municipal governance
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with FOIA compliance procedures
- Valid Colorado driver's license
