Responsibilities
- Manage confidential records and documentation in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and public inquiries
- Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Implement and maintain digital record-keeping systems
- Support grant application processes and compliance reporting
- Act as primary liaison between citizens and government officials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or public sector administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Knowledge of Washington state public records laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- U.S. citizenship required
