Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state licensing and business services during evening hours.
- Process incoming applications, forms, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize computer systems to update client records and maintain accurate databases.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties and information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or government operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
