Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official city records with meticulous attention to compliance and confidentiality
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives for seamless execution
- Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence for leadership review
- Handle constituent inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement processes for assigned departments
- Support public meetings through agenda preparation and documentation
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government record-keeping systems
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
