Responsibilities

- Operate standard office equipment and government databases with precision.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover of information and ongoing projects.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while resolving complex citizen issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
