Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume incoming mail, emails, and faxes with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain and organize confidential government records and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and timekeeping records.
- Answer and direct phone inquiries to appropriate department personnel.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check and drug screening.
